Macroscopic Metallographic Analysis

Purposes:

To evaluate whether there is a hole and inclusions in die casting and welding line; to decide the organization direction of die casting; whether there exits obvious flaws of no penetration in weld line.

Applications:

Cast iron, steel, nonferrous metals, welding parts and so on.

Sampling→Cleaning→Inlaying→Grinding→Polishing→Etching→Observeing
