Introduction:

Actual production products and  ideal CAD models will have  a certain size differences which affect the performance of the product and use.It is a common measure for engineers to improve the production process by comparing the size.

Purpose: 

Through the visual color deviation vividly shows the deviation between target structure and the CAD data

Application range:

Injection molded parts, assembly parts, high precision components.

Test procedure:

Confirm sample type → Put to the measuring device → Fast scan → Compare with the CAD model → shows the deviation
